Client: Resins and Plastic Ltd., Taloja (Subsidiary of Asian Paints).
RPL commenced its operations in 1971 for manufacturing Alkyd Resins, Epoxy Resins, Foundry Resins, Ketonic Resins, and Phenolic Resins some of which are import substitutes. Project Executed: Detailed Engineering for Automation of Existing Manual Plant Project Details:Resins and Plastics Ltd. (RPL) intends to automate the existing plant located at Taloja MIDC, MUMBAI (INDIA). PCE work scope included detailed and design engineering of whole plant including site survey of 7 reactors, 4 Tanks and all pipeline inspection for installation of new field instruments (Weighing systems, transmitters, control valves, on-off valves, flowmeters etc ) and estimation of bulk materials. Preparation of hookups and typical installation details for instruments and all bulk materials including MTO preparation and tender document submission.
